Make CF History Charity Classic

Hi everyone!  Another friendly reminder to register ASAP for our Charity hockey tournament. 

"What's in it for me?", you ask:

• Game jerseys (practice-style with our tournament logo on the front)
• 4 games guaranteed, in a 6-team tournament (2 teams are from out of town)
• Complimentary food and beverages throughout the weekend
• Meet Steph Greegor from the Other Paper, who will be MC'ing and covering the event
• Meet Jared Boll from the CBJ!
• Play for the Inaugural Champions trophy - more importantly, play for a great cause!!
• Play in the Skills Competition for a chance to win your team a prize!!
• Great camaraderie with your fellow hockey players while playing for a great cause!

We now have 8 players registered!  We need at least 3 (and up to 6) more players to fill out the team roster!  Please register by tomorrow, Friday May 6th!!  There are over 20 of you here wanting to play, so please don't wait!  This is for a great cause and sure to be a great time for everyone!

If you are not able to make it, please feel free to forward this information to someone you know who may be interested.

How to Register:

1. PayPal - Please send $100 (plus PayPal transaction fee) to my PayPal Account at chadeddy8@gmail.com.  Simply go to www.paypal.com, click on the "Send Money" link, and follow the instructions. You can use a credit card or debit card. You do not need a PayPal Account.

2. Check - Please send $100 made Payable to "The Make CF History Campaign" to the CF Foundation at:

   Worthington, OH, 43085

With your payment, please be sure to include: Full Name, birth date, USA Hockey number and indicate your highest level of hockey played:

• Professional (Any Level), NCAA Div. I-III, Major Jr. or Junior A
• Jr. B / Non-Varsity College / Midget AAA / Prep School
• Jr. C /Varsity High School
• Bantam / Pee Wee / Squirt / Some Youth
• Very Little Hockey Experience

If you don't have a USA hockey number, you can register for one at the rink prior to the first game.

Once we have everyone registered, Frici Csatlos will serve as team captain and single point of contact for a team.
