Dayton Hockey Takes 2nd at Puckfest

Dayton Hockey takes 2nd place in the silver division at Puckfest Summer Chill Hockey Tournament in Columbus Ohio this past weekend.  The team played 3 round robin games against Toledo Cougar Patrol, Columbus Police, and Columbus Muff Hawks.  Entering into Sunday Dayton Hockey faced St. Louis Puckfest in a playoff game.  Dayton cruisued by St. Louis for a spot in the championship.  Dayton Hockey came out strong with a 3 goal lead going into the 2nd period.  Toledo tied it up entering into the 3rd period.  At the end Toledo squeked out a narrow win for the championship.  This is the first Dayton Hockey team to make it to a silver division championship game in the last 5 years.  Congratulations Dayton Hockey (AKA Team Dayton)!
